For this project, I managed nearly every aspect of the cinema’s marketing efforts—from website design and coordination with external teams to the creation of promotional materials such as posters and logos.

When designing the website, user experience was the top priority. To help visitors quickly find essential information, I proposed a layout that places the current week’s screening schedule at the top of the page, followed by upcoming films further down. While the back-end system was handled by an external vendor, I provided overall design direction and contributed to front-end design. One of my key responsibilities was creating detailed technical documentation for the custom CMS, which served as a bridge between the client’s needs and the development team’s implementation.

Drawing on my experience working across design and development, I was able to write specifications that were both visually informed and technically precise—ensuring that the system would be intuitive for content managers while remaining feasible for developers to build.

This is an ongoing project, and I continue to support the cinema by maintaining the website and designing weekly posters.
