I oversaw all facets of marketing, encompassing website design, front-end development, liason with the outsourced team, and designing promotional materials such as posters and logos.
For the website, I structured the layout to prioritize user experience by placing the current week’s screening times at the top and upcoming movies further down. While the system’s back-end was outsourced, I was responsible for all front-end development and design, in addition to drafting the specifications for the custom-built CMS.
To this day, I continue to manage the website and produce weekly posters.
